The Texas Association of REALTORS® was established in 1920 and has grown to become the largest professional-membership association in Texas. The association currently employs 57 people.
Association business is conducted at two major annual meetings; Convention and Winter Meetings.
There are 89 local affiliate associations divided into 16 regions. Each region has annual meetings where members get industry updates, network, and have opportunities for professional development.
The missions of the Texas Association of REALTORS® are to empower its members to influence government, promote private-property ownership, obtain and exchange ideas, and convert information into knowledge for the betterment of our members, consumers, and the real estate industry.
The Texas Association of REALTORS® is the advocate for REALTORS® and private-property owners.
